About Susan

Hello, I'm Susan! I have been caring for children since my own boys were small and I wanted to stay home with them. I am loving with babies and enjoy doing crafts with older children. I do not believe in sitting a child in front of the TV all day. I like to take them outside (my backyard faces a county park) and do things like painting and baking cookies if the child is old enough. I have worked at Gunpowder Elementary School, so I have been fingerprinted and background checked. I love to sew and garden, so that could be a project over the summer to share with a child. My most recent position has been with a family with a 4-year-old child and 7-year-old dog. They are moving away, so I will soon be searching for a new family. I have cared for children between the ages of 3 months and 12 years old throughout my 30 years of experience, including twins and multiple children concurrently.
