Susan helped me in a pinch by boarding my kitty at her house on short notice over July 4th weekend. She asked great questions when I dropped my cat off to be sure that she understood her routines and preferences, which very much set my mind at ease. Susan graciously put up with some early morning awakenings to oblige my kitty’s preference for breakfast at dawn and she and her family gave my kitty lots of love and cuddling at night which she loves. I would definitely feel comfortable hiring her again if the need arises.
