I am a widow and the mom of a very kind and super cool 2nd-grade boy. As a single mom, I am seeking a position that allows me to earn some supplemental income while maintaining my presence at home in the afternoons and evenings. I am patient, friendly, and a little silly, which helps me connect with kids. I enjoy visiting the park and library, playing imaginary games, board games, and video games. I am emotionally intelligent, capable of assisting children in navigating their big emotions. I will follow and respect your families rules, and exercise good judgement making independent decisions. I am comfortable with most pets (I love cats & dogs - tolerate snakes, lizards, hamsters, etc.). I pick up after myself, have an excellent driving record and a reliable vehicle. I am trained in car seat safety, basic first aid, and CPR.
