Unfortunately, due to unforeseen client circumstances I am no longer available for new clients. I have several years of experience with senior companionship starting in 2018 as a hospice volunteer. I have continued to care for families connected through my church & friends. I have experience w seniors who have dementia, Alzheimer's, mobility limits, anxiety, cancer, & other diagnoses in both hospice and non-hospice settings. I can support your loved one w managing medications, getting to appointments, keeping up w ADLs, light meals, tidying up, and pet care. I am a fully boosted and vaccinated non-smoking animal lover! I am caring and compassionate with a friendly disposition. I am punctual, dependable and super organized, and I have excellent references. My standard rate is $30/hr w a 4-hour minimum. I am somewhat flexible depending upon duties required, schedule & location. I can help with arranged day shifts and overnight care. Please feel free to reach out anytime.

Caregiver review on care.com Sue and I have worked and volunteered together for over 10 years. Her heart is huge and her skills are solid. She first experienced companion care as a Eucharistic minster, often spending extra time with folks who appreciated her company. Hospice volunteering was the next thing she volunteered for, and she enjoyed that while building her skill set. Most recently, I connected Sue with a local family whose dad has early onset Alzheimer’s. Sue has developed great rapport with him and he enjoys their friendship, while Sue makes sure he is safe. Sue’s flexible schedule means she is able to offer her caring companionship to others. If you are seeking companion care, assistance with meals, medication prompts, transportation to appointments, outings to favorite and new places, or just company at home, Sue could be your best match! I would hire her to care for my own family if needed. I strongly recommend her as a dependable and supportive caregivers.
