I am experienced with care of patients with Dementia/Alzheimers, Diabetes, heart disease, CVA (Stroke), Mental illness, IV therapies (such as central lines, in home dialysis, portacath, TrachCare, ventilator, oxygen, central lines, GTube, JTube, PEG, wound care, TPN, I am familiar with MOST Hoyer lifts, etc.) My experience is too numerous to elaborate here. I am very hands-on with bathing, dressing, feeding the patient(All the ADLs). I provide light house keeping as well. I have great head to toe assessment skills also. I am available for home health and skilled nursing care. I removed myself from the hospital environment since the pandemic. I have PPE to protect me and my patients.
