I have been working with children for more than 20 years. I started babysitting at age 15. I worked as a substitute child care provider at age 18. I obtained my Bachelor's degree in Social work with a concentration in Children and Family Services. I worked as a crisis counselor and childcare resource and referral. I also worked for Children before becoming a nanny for two years in Orlando, Florida. In 2010, I began working for Wilson County Schools as before and after school enrichment program assistant. In 2011, I began a 5 year career as a Lead Preschool teacher with a 5 Star rated preschool in Cary, NC. I am rated a 7-point lead teacher, which is the highest level of early childhood educator one can achieve. After working for 6 years at a Clayton CDC as a lead preschool teacher/interim director/office assistant, my job ended when the center closed. I have great references and a background/motor vehicle check available. CPR/First Aid/SIDS certified.
