Sue was a joy and God send.  She helped with assisting my aunt after a terrible fall with her meds, coming with me and my aunt to her Dr appointment, fixing meals, taking her blood pressure and light house keeping.  She was always willing to lend an ear to a very tired niece.  Her hours were in the mornings and she even came EXTRA early when my aunt was in pain.  Can’t say enough good about her. I will miss her

Susan worked part-time as one in a team of two live-in caregivers for my elderly mother with dementia. She was attentive, caring and my mother liked her a lot. She was very creative in finding activities my mom enjoyed and she was a good communicator, along with being dependable, punctual and trustworthy.

Susan was our on call substitute caregiver that joined our team of four. She is kind, sensitive and caring.  Susan is a happy, warm and  upbeat person and was highly attentive to my 89 year old mother, who has dementia.  Due to my Mom's changing needs and my mothers challenging disposition at times, we needed to find a better match.  Wishing Susan the best! Anyone she cares for next will be safe and well cared for.

Susan provided night help caring for my husband in hospice. She was a very kind and compassionate person during a stressful time and provided excellent care. I highly recommend her.

Susan was a live-in caregiver for our mother for seven months (May 2, 2016 - December 19, 2016).  She was punctual, dependable and an excellent caregiver.  She elected to discontinue live-in care, but continues to fill in on an as-needed basis for part-time care for our mother.

Susan is a wonderful caregiver for my Mother  unfortunately as my mothers condition worsens she requires lifting which Susan is not able to provide.  If it weren't for that, I would not be looking to replace her. She is always upbeat, patient, caring, punctual  and attentive to my Mothers needs which are characteristics important in caring for the elderly.

Susan was absolutely amazing my with grandmother.  She was never late and was so kind and compassionate with my grandmother.  Unfortunately my grandma's health deteriorated and she required hospitalization and therefore we were unable to keep Susan.  We were so sorry to have to lose Susan because had my grandma's health remained in tact, there is no one better we could have asked for to help care for her.  Her experience and knowledge of my grandma's conditions were impressive and she truly helped us through a very difficult time.  I cannot recommend her enough!  

Susan has been such a blessing.  She does overnight shifts for my elderly Aunt and I know she is in good hands.  Susan has been with her through some difficult times and has always been professional, caring and reliable.  Truly an angel.

I posted a job looking for a non medical home health aid. She didn't seem to really listen or understand how the process worked. I gave her some info and I didn't feel like she was listening or paying attention. I tried to explain the process but, yeah no. I gave up and won't be calling back. 

I've known Susan as a caregiver for a mutual client we served. She is energetic, prompt/reliable, and enthusiastic about her work. She is extremely well-organized, honest and trustworthy, resourceful and compassionate. Her pleasing personality and gentle ways, coupled with her skills, are the perfect combination for the care giving she provides.
