I am happy to assist with personal care, meal preparation (I am an excellent, professional cook!), light housekeeping, errands, and transportation. As a professional cook I would be able to prepare multiple meals in advance, providing delicious and healthy food to be eaten over a period of days. I will take into account any dietary restrictions.
