Susan is an outstanding caregiver for my elderly parents. It was a challenge finding someone of her caliber to help us. She comes with a lot of experience and it shines in all she does to help. She is a care-giver in the truest sense of the word. She has been very patient, encouraging, and positive. She is very intuitive and quickly determines where she is needed most. She is very active and ensures that the laundry is done, the bathroom is spotless, dishes are kept up, floors are clean, that the home is safe and clean. She is adept at handling situations that other caregivers found challenging. I highly recommend Susan. She is trustworthy, smart, compassionate, has a big heart, and is highly experienced in this role.
