-it only gives me the option for working with a patient/client up to 1 year but I will remain with them as long as needed I have just shy of 16 years in elder care, but 18 years of patient care in total I was a volunteer EMT for 10 years until I was pregnant with my son and couldn't safely lift a stretcher anymore I am CPR certified I am also a certified dementia care specialist I can do some wound care I know how to change colostomy bags, catheter bags, use suction, work with feeding tubes, etc. I have worked with hospice patients and helped them with comfort and compassion through their final stages of life and their transition from a life on Earth to their after life. I assist with all activities of daily living I am always very bubbly and caring. I have great bedside manner. I form bonds and patients become like family ** the negative review is false. She knew I was in an accident and couldn't return. I am usually extremely reliable and punctual.

Susan was very dependable & sweet in the beginning but as time went on she became more relaxed & was often 10 minutes late. Then without any notice she missed a few days but told me she would definitely be in on Monday morning. I told her I could not miss any more work. She promised she would be there. She never showed & would not answer her phone.
