About Susan

Hi! I was a professor at the Art Institute of Chicago while my kids were growing up and now I work from home during the day. I am looking for evening and weekend work, or covering last minute emergencies or travel. I've been a part-time nanny and babysitter for an amazing family for the last 5 years. They have a full time nanny so I was happy to fill in when needed. When I started, the children were ages 8, 6, 3 and newborn (3 boys, 1 girl). It has been fun watching them grow and follow their interests and activities I meet kids where they are and make sure they are engaged and having fun. I focus on educational activities as well. Additionally, I help with homework, meal prep, light housekeeping and errands. I am happy to drive kids to after school or weekend sports or classes. Thank you for considering me.
