Suzy visited with my dad, who had dementia, once a week for about five months. I had a really hard time finding someone to help because it wasn’t a big job, but Suzy was exactly what I needed, I only wish I had found her sooner.

She was always communicative, letting me know her plans and keeping me updated on how my dad was doing. She also kept an eye on things at his facility and spoke with the staff when needed, which gave me peace of mind. On top of that, being bilingual was an added bonus.

Suzy helps my Mom every week with shopping and other things around the house. My Mom looks forward to her visits. Suzy is a great communicator and lets us know how things are going every week. We live a couple of hours away from my Mom and her help gives us peace of mind.

Susana is an excellent caregiver! We hired her in January 2020  to care for my 83 year old grandmother. She helped her with her everyday needs such as breakfast, bathing, administering medicine, companionship. Susana is very attentive and caring not just with my grandmother but with us a well! She is very friendly and eager to help in any way she can! 

We were very disappointed when we had to  suspend her employment in March of 2020 because of COVID-19. In the short 3 months we got to know her she exemplified professionalism, compassion. She is a diamond in the ruff.

Susie was on time and very reliable. The client's primary caregiver was on vacation and we needed a fill-in while she was out of town and we hired Susie. She was an excellent employee and we would certainly recommend her to future clients! She was very patient and understanding and provided excellent care. She picked up the routine very quickly and wasn't afraid to ask questions if she had one. She was also very observant and reported and skin changes she saw over her employment.

Susana cared for my mother (87) until her death and my father (95).  They had a variety of health issues including some age related dementia, particularly short term memory loss. She quickly established a daily routine for them (so important for older adults), kept their medication schedule, assisted with hygiene, daily meal preparation, and kept the house orderly and clean.  She regularly changed and laundered linens and clothing.  She is extremely dependable and trustworthy and always treated my parents with the utmost respect. She was very intuitive about my parents' needs and sometimes made helpful suggestions to us about their care which we had not thought of.  She also provided social interaction and companionship for my parents. We so appreciated her kindness and high level of care.

Susie is everything you could ever want, both as a caregiver and a person.  She cared for my elderly parents for over 2 years and is amazing in everything she does.  Susie is trusting, caring and treats her clients as her own family.  I highly recommend Susie as a caregiver.  She has a strong work ethic coupled with a heart of gold.

In addition to Susana being a punctual and dependable individual, she carries herself in a very professional manner and is always very well groomed and presentable.  She is compassionate, honest, and trustworthy and whether on or off the job she, by nature, possesses an interest in ensuring the well-being of those around her.
