I have been a nanny for over 15 years, and started my career as an au pair for 1 year, and I am also a mom so I understand your needs. I have worked with newborns to age 10. The families I have worked for have been long term engagements (over 4 years) and I am hoping to find a family who needs long term care. Susana is a wonderful nanny who is loving, responsible, and a huge help around the house. We employed her full time for almost 4 years and she loves to take the kids to activities (music, MyGym, playdates, library, splash pad, playgrounds, etc.) and makes sure they adhere to schedules (when napping, etc.). She also helps around the house with children's laundry, kitchen clean up, and child room organization. When we started part time preschool, Susana did drop off and pick up and helped around the house during the couple hours of school. Susana is like a member of our family and our kids love spending time with her still! She is a great caregiver and truly treats your children like her own.
