Susana did a wonderful job caring for our 2-3 year old boy over the past year. She was excellent in a number of areas, including consistently bringing good energy, professionalism and puncuality, perfect with child safety, being proactive with activities (indoor and outdoor), managing cooking ingredients, and giving our child instruction along with letting us know of any behavioral areas needing work. She has great communication skills and was very efficient at constantly keeping us in the loop (many updates with pictures throughout the day) without needing our inputs very much. Our son really connected with and enjoyed being around her, often preferring her company to our. We would highly recommend her and can provide a reference.
