From August to December 2021, Susan performed full time nanny duties for our 3 year old daughter and our 6 month old son. In that time she was willing to learn, she was open to constructive discussions/ communications and with careful directions, she was able to adjust in order to ensure the care and development of the children and match our parenting styles and philosophies. There were definitely an adjustment period, but at the end she gained our trusts in the process. One of the main reasons I would recommend Susan is because she showed a willingness to learn and find ways to positively bond with the children. She will be a suitable addition to any family and we wish her all the best.
