About Susan

I am a passionate, creative and skilled vegetarian cook with catering experience both locally and abroad. My menus include soups, stews, grains, l gumes, cooked vegetables and fresh salads, many with Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, Indian and North African origins and flavors; my meals are wholesome and savory, robust and fragrant. If helpful to your family, I am readily available as well to shop for ingredients for the meals. I am glad to cook in my home and deliver the meals to you bi-weekly, to ensure you eat fresh rather than frozen food. If you prefer that I cook in your kitchen, I will leave it as clean as I found it (or cleaner!)
