Making a difference in someone's life is what I strive for as a caregiver. With 10 years of experience, I'm a Certified Home Health Aide dedicated to supporting adults' and seniors' well-being and independence. My approach is compassionate, friendly, and professional. I provide respite care, live-in care, transportation, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. Respecting a care recipient's independence is very important to me. I communicate with families through daily reports, verbal updates, and regular texts or calls. I have CPR and First Aid Training.
