About Tiana

Hi! I'm a naturally nurturing and responsible caregiver with years of hands-on experience raising and caring for children. As the second oldest of 10, I played a major role in raising my eight younger siblings, from newborn stages through school age. This gave me real-world experience in everything from diaper changes and bottle feeding to school routines, meal prep, and bedtime stories. In addition to helping at home, I also nannied for several families, gaining experience outside of my family environment. I've always had a passion for working with kids and creating safe, fun, and structured spaces where they feel supported and loved. I'm calm under pressure, great with multitasking, and genuinely enjoy spending time with children of all ages. Whether it's creative play, helping with homework, or keeping little ones on a consistent schedule, I bring patience, warmth, and reliability to every job.
