Empowering students to reach their full potential through personalized support is at the heart of my teaching practice. With two years of experience as a long-term substitute teacher across multiple grade levels, I focus on building confidence and fostering a genuine love for learning. I adapt my methods by actively observing how a student interacts with new material, breaking complex problems into manageable steps, and celebrating every small success. Clear communication with families is essential to my approach, as it ensures we are aligned in supporting the student's progress. I am passionate about History and English, and I find nothing more rewarding than witnessing that "aha!" moment when a difficult concept finally clicks.
