About Summer

Hello! I'm Summer. I am a dedicated childcare professional that loves working with children and families. My goal is to create a fun, safe, and loving environment that allows children to flourish and grow in their love for learning. I have been babysitting since I was 13 years old which sparked my interest in early childhood education. I attended a 2 year vocational course in Early Childhood Education where I received my Child Development Associate credential. I worked in a professional childcare setting in Ohio for 5 years with children from 3 mo- 10y/o, until I relocated to New York State. In my new area I switched gears a bit and continued to work with children, but in the pediatric dental field. All the while continuing to babysit for local families.
