I am a compassionate and dependable caregiver with 7 years of hands-on experience providing daily support to individuals with a variety of care needs. My experience includes mobility assistance, personal care, feeding support, companionship, transportation, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and communication with family members to ensure continuity of care. I am dedicated to creating a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment while supporting independence and dignity. I value building trusting relationships and helping improve quality of life for those I care for. My caregiving journey began while supporting a senior with Alzheimer's disease, which inspired me to continue working in healthcare and expand my skills to assist individuals with diverse needs and abilities. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family, volunteering, and continuing to learn in the caregiving field.
