About Summer

- Age 26 - Graduated BYU El Ed major - Practicum experiences: 2nd & 4th grade - Student taught 3rd grade -A couple of summers ago I taught 2nd & 4th graders at a summer camp. - I have subbed these last few months in elementary schools, and I am currently teaching STEM at an elementary school (K-5th). - I have been in child care since I was 12 years old as a babysitter, daycare worker, substitute teacher, lifeguard, mother's helper, and briefly as a nanny. Experience: ages 0-12 Rate: $20-$35/h an extra dollar an hour per additional child Available May 28 to mid August I am willing and able to commute! Depending on where you live I can also work as a live-in nanny week days. Children have always brought me joy! They make me laugh, and I love their curiosity and excitement to learn. I also love infants and toddlers. I'm really good at putting children at ease and soothing babies. I am happy to drive kids around, clean up, help with schoolwork, go to the park and read books.
