About Summer

I'm passionate about unlocking every student's unique potential through personalized support. For the past 5 years, I've helped students in elementary, middle, and high school thrive in Math, English, Science, Test Preparation, and Study Skills. I actively listen to students and observe how they engage with new concepts, adapting my teaching with visual aids, hands-on activities, and discussions. I celebrate small wins and break down complex problems to build momentum and foster a love for learning. Open communication is key to my approach, building trust with both students and parents. The most rewarding part of tutoring is witnessing that "aha!" moment when a concept finally clicks. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I would love to help your student achieve their academic goals.
