I have gained hands-on experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) through my role as a Behavioral Interventionist, where I work directly with children on the autism spectrum. I implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA, focusing on skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and data collection. My experience includes using reinforcement strategies, prompting techniques, and behavior intervention plans to support client progress. I collaborate with supervisors and families to ensure consistency across settings. This role has strengthened my ability to remain patient, observant, and adaptable while promoting meaningful behavioral change and supporting each client's developmental goals.
