With a an associates degree (soon to be Bachelor's) and two years of experience, I focus on building confidence and fostering a love for learning. I vary my teaching strategies and encourage open communication to cater to individual learning styles. I keep students motivated by connecting challenging topics to real-world examples and celebrating small successes. I believe communication is essential for understanding student needs, progress, and setting clear expectations. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment is the most rewarding aspect of tutoring.
