I have 14 years of childcare experience! I find immense joy in creating a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive. My childcare philosophy centers on providing consistent support, love, and structure so that every child feels seen, heard, and valued. I believe in encouraging curiosity, fostering independence, and building a strong sense of emotional security. I'm looking for a long-term position with a kind and respectful family. I truly love caring for children and have excellent references from all of my previous employers. I'm originally from Colombia and have lived in the U. S. for several years.
