Families have described me as a loving, patient, kind, reliable, and hands-on Nanny. I'm interactive and so they won't be isolated on electronics. I've guided children in the roles of mother, nanny, teacher, & counselor. In the last 10+ years, I've cared for babies to teens, most recently infants until they attended daycare. For older children, I always develop activities related to their skill development and interests.

Sujatha is very patient and good with our daughter. She's established a good routine with her and is very tuned into her needs. This type of understanding and care is increasingly uncommon in today's world. She is a valuable caregiver!

Su is the sweetest, most patient nanny we've ever had. She took care of my firstborn in a way that calmed all my first time mom jitters. She was very loving to my daughter and gave my husband and I peace of mind knowing our daughter was safe and happy.

She was an excellent nanny for my 1 year old granddaughter!  She was caring, patient, and knowledgeable.  I would definitely recommend her to a family needing a child care provider.

Sujatha is very detail oriented. She has big heart and really cares about people and animals.

We hired Sujatha for a short term nanny position. We have 2 children aged 8 months and  8 years, both very active boys. She followed the schedule for both and assisted with virtual learning. It did however seem like she lacked experience caring for two children at once. She had difficulty staying active with my 8 year old and allowed him to play on the tablet for most of her time with him. My 8 month old suffered a fall while in her care and although no serious damage resulted we have not had that issue with any other sitters. She abruptly resigned with less than 24 hours notice. I would not recommend her.

Su is a professional caregiver who not only has the technical experience but a huge heart. She never missed or arrived late. My daughter can be a challenge at times but that never phased Su. Our daughter needs to be around other kids, so we placed her in a preschool. Otherwise, I would fight to keep her!

I hired Miss Su when I decided to continue my studies. My daughter was 10 months old and I really needed to find someone whom gave my child the warmth and love that I give her. Miss Su possesses all of those qualities, she was the perfect fit. 
Miss Su is very organized and prepared. She's punctual and communicative. She maintained a journal for me to see my daughter's schedule with her each day. I had access to when my daughter had been fed, her mood that day and she would provide pictures throughout the day for me. She would often come to work with crafts and play activities for my daughter and when she got older, with my permission, would take her to the library, book store for story time, or out for lunch. 
Miss Su stayed with us up until my daughter was 2.5. At that point I decided to put my child at Montessori Academy to further socialize her into the world around her. It was a hard decision to do because Miss Su is so loving and she truly becomes a part of your family.

Miss Su is great with my kids; they adore her. She played games with them, took them to the pool, and spent quality time with them. She didn't let them hang out on their electronics she engaged in activities instead; which impressed me a lot. They constantly ask when she will be back and look forward to her coming to see them. I highly recommend her Nanny services:)

Sujtha was my supervisor at an University in Texas.  I began working with her at Career Services part-time during my graduate studies.

She has been the kindest, supportive and a great mentor-supervisor.  In fact, she has been the best supervisor that I have ever had.  After working with her for one year, I graduated from graduate school and I was given a full-time position as Associate Director.  Sujatha always delegated to me and gave me autonomy to work on projects and allow for me to utilize my strengths.

Sujatha has an amazing ability to work so well with others.  Moreover, she is a greater listener and is able to empower others.

Sujatha worked for me for 3 years as a nanny to my 2 young girls (ages 3 & 5 when she started).  Never was she late or did I feel my girls were unsafe and/or unloved.
