About Sue

Nurturing young minds is my passion. With almost 25 years of experience teaching 6th grade students, I bring patience, a calm demeanor, and a friendly approach to every interaction. For the last three years I have helped to care for my nephew, who will be four in August. Holding a graduate degree and being a Certified Teacher, I find immense joy in fostering growth through educational and engaging games, both indoors with board games and puzzles, and outdoors with sports. I am comfortable caring for up to two children and happy to help with carpooling and swimming supervision. I prioritize clear communication with parents, providing regular updates via text or phone, always following your preferred method. Enforcing household rules is something I am very comfortable with. Ultimately, I hope to create a safe and happy environment where your children can thrive, just as I would want for my own family.
