I began taking care of patients after I moved to Florida in 1989, starting with my Father who passed in 1990 of Cancer. I took care of my Mother and also worked in the Optical field. In 2005 I left the Optical field and began taking care of my Mom full time, who at that time was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. After she passed in 2010, I went on to get my Home Health certification and have from that time on taken care of numerous patients, consisting of Alzheimer's, Cancer, Diabetes among other problems. I enjoy taking care of people, helping them have as a good quality of life that they can have. Proficient in medication monitoring, bathing and dressing, wound care, cooking, light housekeeping and any other duties deemed necessary.
