I had an awesome experience with Sueli’s house cleaning service. She does an excellent job—thorough, reliable, and completely trustworthy. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality and dependable home/office cleaning!

Hired her to do a last minute cleaning. She showed up an hour late, which she texted me in advance letting me know and this was perfectly fine.. but when she showed up, she and the person she came with clearly were not trying to clean anything. They showed up at 1:30pm and asked me what my most important tasks were because they weren’t going to do everything despite me letting them know in advance that I have a 5500 sq ft home and typically need 2-3 cleaners for a 1 day job. I asked if they had time constraints and she said no so I was honestly a little confused at this point but I told them I mainly needed the floors, bathrooms, and kitchen cleaned. They finished everything by around 3:30 and took off once we paid them. They left the floors half cleaned (found milk spots from my daughters’ bottles in multiple different areas), the shower floor in our master bathroom was clearly not touched and the walls halfway touched (still shower crayon marks from my daughters in multiple spots), and the kitchen counter was half cleaned (still food particles and sticky part on the counter). These are just the things I could see easily so I can only imagine what else they half cleaned. We have cleaners to our house regularly, and this is definitely top 2 worst cleans I’ve ever experienced. They clearly were not interested in cleaning anything when they took the job for my house and don’t understand how people in the customer service business act like this and expect to get regular clients. One of her first questions when she arrived was “how often do you want us to come?” Never again is my answer. 

Sueli is simply wonderful! She’s been my housekeeper for the last four months and she is very timely, very detailed and very responsible. If I could have her clean my house every week I would!
She’s also extremely trustworthy because when I’ve had situations where I’ve had to leave the house I leave her the key with no hesitation whatsoever.
