With three years of experience, I am a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aid. I am also trained in CPR. I hold a graduate degree. My approach is patient, compassionate, and friendly. I strive to create a comfortable environment for those in my care. I adapt to changing routines and handle confusion or agitation with ease. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. Speaking both English and French allows me to connect with more people.
