I have sat for other's pets for several years, often looking after homes while a family is away. I've taken care of up to three dogs at once, cared for dogs that needed medical care multiple times a day, aging dogs, and dogs that need daily exercise. I've also taken care of a rabbit that played soccer, hamsters, and guinea pigs! I am able to care for cats for short periods, but due to allergies, I have trouble with sustained contact with cats, as much as I love them.
