Making a difference in someone's life is what I strive for as a caregiver. I have five years of experience supporting adults and seniors, and I am deeply committed to their well-being and independence. My approach is patient, calm, compassionate, and friendly. I prioritize understanding each person's unique preferences and history. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I communicate with families through written daily reports, regular updates via text or phone, and always follow their preferred method. I am also skilled in meal preparation. I have a high school degree and am certified in CPR and First Aid. I speak Portuguese and Spanish. Knowing I can bring comfort and support makes this work so rewarding.
