My goal is as a nanny is to take care of children, help them grow, and watch them have fun! I am willing to do housekeeping that includes light housework, laundry, and meal preparation. If I had to describe myself in five adjectives I would say that I am dependable, honest, hard-working, good listener, and kind.

Success was our savior after multiple unreliable caregivers. We hired her for a week and she was reliable and on time each day. She was polite and professional. She was competent and caring with our 3M old boy. My baby was safe and happy under her watch. She had excellent communication each day. 

Success cared for my medically-complex child overnights for a week and she did an excellent job. She was punctually, friendly, and responded quickly to messages. 

Success was friendly & punctual. To my surprise, she was not available for consistent weekly care like we had discussed before meeting. 

Success has been with us for half a year now. We have an infant and a 2 year old. My husband and I both do shift work and she is great to work with. She is always on time and is so kind and patient with the kids. She has also watched them for date night. She is comfortable with bottle feeding, diapers, naps, bathing and bedtime. She is an amazing nanny for us. 

Success is amazing. Always on time and always good very attentive with my baby. Been with us since she was 1 month old. Very reliable. 

Success is by far the best babysitter I've ever had. She was very punctual and very detailed on her expectations. My kids loved her. She cooked, helped the kids clean around and very loving with them. My kids are asking me everyday when she is coming back. I've definitely have her watch my kids when ever I travel.

Success has done an amazing job with our 4 month old! Our daughter was not taking bottles, but Success helped us with that. She's caring, dependable and great with children. We will definitely be working with Success again and again!

Success helped my husband and I out when we needed a baby sitter in a pinch. I have 2 little boys, a 1 y/o and 3 y/o. She presented herself very professionally and was very responsive to my text messages. She was always punctual to her work times. One of the first weeks she watched my boys, my baby got sick with a cold and she was willing to help with medicines and de-congesting his nose. We were very appreciative because our baby was quite the fighter and hated his nose being touched. Success helped to prepare lunches for my boys. She was responsive and flexible to any feedback we had for her. She was good about taking our boys on walks outdoors and keeping them active. We hope we can all upon her services in the future.

We hired Success for date night.  My children (1 & 4yrs old) immediately gravitated towards her and her warm personality. She provided text and video updates the entire night, which made us feel at ease. The kids loved her & we enjoyed her as well. Will definitely hire again.

Had the most wonderful experience with Success. She was so great with our 2 year old daughter. Pictures and videos were sent throughout the night which was so fun for my husband and I to watch all the fun they were having. Success made us feel very comfortable and we loved knowing our daughter was in such good hands. We will look forward to many more baby sitting dates to come with Success! :)

Success was friendly, punctual, and attentive to my toddler, playing with him all day. She clearly has experience with kids and is patient and kind. She effortlessly incorporated herself into his routine and sent frequent updates, including videos. I would hire her again without reservation.

She is great with kids and is sure to follow the routine and boundaries your kids are used to while having fun with them.

I was so impressed with Success! She communicates very well and sent me updates throughout the day. I would gladly recommend her and use her to watch my daughter again.

Unfortunately, she did not show to our scheduled day to watch my 1 year old. I waited a half hour after our time to see if she would call or message me about being a no-show. She did not, so I messaged her. She apologized and said she was busy with school starting and some new medication was making her feel sick. She did not offer to reschedule or to cover the remaining hours in that day we had booked. Her prior messages to me from the week  before noted the exact date and time she would arrive at my home to take care of my daughter. She also specifically mentioned how dependable she was and that she did not like disappointing her employers. This was shocking, to say the least when one of her excuses that day for the no-show was that I should have reminded her and then she would have been there? Very confusing and disappointing.

Success was hired for a single babysitting two-day job and she did fine with the kids. 
However, the place was left a mess with toys scattered, almost all the puzzle(s) pieces now lost (frustrating), open food containers, trash, and dirty bottles. She had over 1.5 hours at the end of the day while the children were sleeping to just pick up a bit which she used for personal relaxation time. 
Additionally, while hired for 2 days, she texted me at 9:45PM on Monday night that she got into a car accident while leaving my home at 6PM and would not be able to come in for the second day. This left me scrambling last minute to find childcare for the next workday.

She was so professional! Very dependable! She cared for my 29 month old son! Worked really good with him . I called her last minute and she came less than 25 mins ! Awesome !

Success did such an amazing job with my children.  She exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be hiring her again in the near future.

We hired success to take care of our 18 month old daughter for four days and she was really great with her.  She read her books, went for walks and engaged with her the whole time.  We would hire Success again in the future.

Success helped me for a week with my 6 month old.  She was a great communicator, very sweet, and did an amazing job taking care of my son.  She even taught me a few tricks to help him get to sleep! Our family looks forward to working with Success again and would hire her for part-time or full-time support. Thank you Success!

Success is doing a great job with our daughter. She always keeps me updated throughout the day on whatever she's doing with her and she's great with communication. I would definitely recommend hiring her.
