Although my background has not primarily been in professional care settings, I have extensive hands-on experience with children, seniors, individuals with special needs, and animals. I tutored throughout high school and college, frequently assisted in my mother's special education classrooms, and have experience supporting children with different learning and developmental needs. I am also a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). I have volunteered in senior care facilities and value patience, companionship, and respect. I am also an avid dog lover with more than 20 years of pet ownership experience, and I have spent time assisting in animal hospital settings through my wife's work as a veterinary technician. I earned my bachelor's degree from Northern Arizona University and later served as an Officer in the U. S. Army. I am dependable, attentive, compassionate, and take the trust involved in caring for others very seriously.
