I enjoy working with children because it's rewarding to be part of those years where small moments can make a big difference. Kids thrive with patience, consistency, and encouragement, and those are qualities I naturally bring when caring for families I'm most comfortable working with children between the ages of 3 and 17. I helped care for my niece and nephew growing up, who are now in their early 20s, and I also regularly spend time helping with my best friend's children who are 3 and 6, so I'm familiar with both younger kids and older ones I enjoy staying active with kids through crafts, outdoor play, games, reading, and helping build healthy routines. I also encourage curiosity and creativity so kids stay connected to the world around them rather than spending too much time on screens I understand the trust families place in a caregiver and always prioritize safety, clear communication, and respecting family boundaries so both children and parents feel comfortable and supported
