My daughter’s baby boy arrived early last summer, and even though he was a preemie, she had to go back to work when he was only six weeks old. She hired Stefan to be his nanny, and I was able to stay for a couple days to help with the transition. From the very first day I was extremely impressed with Stefan. He took notes, asked good questions about the details of the baby’s care, and paid attention to my daughter’s preferences. When I visited, I saw an attentive, thoughtful, kind and loving caregiver. He played in developmentally appropriate ways; he took the baby on stroller walks when the weather was nice, and he held him whenever he was fussy. J is a happy little guy in large part because of the wonderful care he got with Stefan for the first seven months of his life.
