Hi there! Thanks for your interest! Here's a little bit about me. I graduated from Texas State University in 2013 with my Bachelor's in Special Education. I taught for 3 years as a Life Skills teacher and 3 years as an Autism teacher. I have taught students from 5 to 18 years old. Before I was a certified teacher, I gained experience by working with children with and without special needs in a variety of settings as a; substitute teacher, babysitter, camp counselor, preschool teacher, teaching assistant, tutor and nanny. I am 43 years old, married and in my free time I love to hike, swim, bike, kayak, travel and go camping. I am water safety certified, CPR/First Aid trained and have a clean driving record. I also have a recent background check on file with Care. com. I am currently on summer break from my teaching job until August and I'm open to babysitting a few times a week.
