About Stephen

I'd describe my personality as caring, compassionate, and a friend. I like caring for seniors because I love the stories, engagement, and love they give in return I'm looking for a job that I can enrich the lives of residents through positive engagement and provide a sense of independence. I started caring for seniors in 2017 and have worked in various settings ranging from assisted living, memory care, and smaller group home settings. In my spare time, I like to take day drives, play music and sing, and spend time with my wife and 5 boys One thing you should know about me is I am dependable and honest and I will always go the extra mile to be an advocate for my residents with care and compassion. My skills include working and assisting with residents with Dementia, Alzheimer's, and Parkinson's. I also have extensive training and have worked consistently with Hoyer lifts and Sit to Stand
