I'd describe my personality as calm, reserved, and patient. I like working with animals because they are simple and straightforward creatures. They say exactly what they mean. I'm looking for a job that is straightforward, and expectations are made clear (and in writing). I started working with animals when I was 12. I would sit and volunteer at an animal shelter for about an hour every few days to about an hour every week. In my spare time, I like to listen to audio books or hang out with friends at public places. One thing you should know about me is that I am neurodivergent and can miss non-verbal social cues. Being explicit and upfront with me really helps all of us out. My skills include attentiveness to details, patience, and incorporating research results into pet care (pet psychology, etc).
