Working with children is a privilege because it involves being entrusted with the most formative and vulnerable years of a person's life. It's a responsibility that goes far beyond basic supervision. It's about shaping character nurturing growth and helping a child feel safe, valued, and loved. I'm looking for a job where I won't just witness growth and milestones, but will learn. Children often teach us as much as we teach them. Their curiosity, honesty, and imagination can remind us what truly matters and challenge us to grow in empathy and patience.
