My passion lies in supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors, while providing families with peace of mind. With over 10 years of experience, I'm part of a team comprised of retired CNAs, an RN, and an MA. Together, we offer compassionate care specializing in dementia, memory loss, companionship, and end-of-life support. I am patient, calm, and detail-oriented. I prioritize creating a safe and supportive environment. I'm experienced in de-escalating stressful situations and managing behavioral changes associated with memory care. I'm trained in how to handle dementia and memory care clients. I provide transportation, run errands, do light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I communicate with families using their preferred method, providing detailed daily task sheets, time sheets, and notes. I have some college experience and certifications in CPR and First Aid.
