Our Mom had dementia and COPD. She passed in 2017. Steph took very good care of her. She prepared her meals, attended to her hygiene and helped keep her apartment in a neat and tidy manner. The most important thing she did in our opinion, was the way she handled her illness. She was very compassionate and knew the deflection techniques when she would have mood swings and anger issues, which are common with dementia. She was patient, kind and reliable and we were lucky to have her.
