About Stephanie

My top three skills when working with children is observation, routine, and communication. Even noticing the slightest falls, changes in behavior, and even eating habits can make a huge difference when it comes to children. Another one of my skills that I feel was really utilized in my summer camp experience is my ability to stick to any schedule or routine. While I understand that working in childcare keeping things structured isn't always easy, I do push to stick to routines since they are very important to kids. Going along with this, I also am very skilled with communication. Being trusted with someone's children is a huge responsibility, and in order to build and maintain that trust, communication is important. I always ensure to have clear communication with parents with anything they may need to know. Clear communication also ensures that I am fulfilling every task that is expected from me.
