Stephanie was a lifesaver! We were in Miami with our 16mo and both working. The weather was pretty rainy! But Stephanie was super flexible and happy to take our baby to museums, classes, and even the pool when the weather permitted. She instantly clicked with our son and we felt comfortable with her right away. She even stayed late a couple of days to give us the night off! We hope to hire her again when we return.
