Stephanie was so awesome! She kept our 4 mo. old twins for two days while we were on vacation at the beach. She was on time and very attentive to my girl's needs and their schedule. We will call her next time we head down to the beach. Thanks Stephanie!

Stephanie was a nanny for us while we were temporarily in FL for 7 weeks.  She worked for us 5 days a week caring for our two girls (ages 2 and 5) and also babysat a few evenings as well.  She is very punctual and dependable.  She did a great job keeping the girls busy and entertained with trips to the zoo, playground, art activities, cookie  making, and ice cream outings to name a few things.  We look forward to returning to FL and using Stephanie again in the future!

Stephanie is great with kids. She took care of my daughter from 6 months old until she went to school. So patient and loving. And always taking G. on field trips like the Pumpkin Patch. She shared lots of great pictures with me too. I would highly recommend her.

Stephanie is absolutely wonderful. She has taken care of both our young children and we couldn't be happier. She is honest, genuine, and trustworthy. Not only does she make child care easier, she goes above and beyond to ensure our kids are HAPPY. I can't think of anything better than knowing your kids are in good hands. I'll be hiring her again ASAP and recommending her over and over to my friends.

When we hired Stephanie we told her we had cats in the home. After a few days with us she started saying her allergies were acting up so we moved the cats into the bedroom during the day to try and help. After a week and half with us she texted one evening to say she was highly allergic and that we needed to find a replacement as soon as possible because she would only do ONE more day! I am a school teacher working during my first week back to school so Stephanie knew how busy we were for the start of the year. I asked her if she could at least do two days and I would have discussed options for her to watch our daughter outside of the home but she wasn't interested. She did come the next day but she let our daughter watch T.V for more than two hours. I wasn't going to write a review but the last day was the final straw. I really thought she bonded with my daughter so it was pretty sad and difficult for our family.

Stephanie is so wonderful with our 15 month old son. She takes him to the park, sings and dances with him and makes sure all his needs are met. She even sends us pictures through out the day so we can see what he's up to! We are so thankful to have found Stephanie on Care.com and would highly recommend her!

I was blessed to meet Stephanie on Care.com and ever since our first conversation she has added so much to our lives that it's hard to put into words. Stephanie is an experienced working mom herself and therefore knows exactly what is important and necessary to provide excellent care and peace of mind to the family that she provides care for. 
For starters, when we met for the first time, she was punctual, professional, and prepared.  She provided her clean state driving record and recent background check before I even asked for it.  We had a great conversation and she demonstrated her deep love for children when she interacted with my 6 month old daughter, who she would primarily be watching. 
From there she followed up with a visit to our home where she met the rest of the family (2 more kids and my husband) and again was very outgoing and conversed with every member of our family about their interests and such all while we learned about her and her amazing family as well. 
Stephanie provided care for us over initially over the summer where she would plan fun crafts for the kids (often bringing her own supplies), take the kids on field trips to the movies, nature park, trampoline park, or out to lunch.  And when school started she helped tremendously by picking up our preschooler every afternoon (with our infant in tow.). She always has our kids best interest at heart, whether she helps by tending to a sick kiddo, or cuddling a toddler who misses her mommy, her strong intuition to know just what kind of care to provide all while keeping us (parents) informed is invaluable. She adheres to schedules and parental preferences very well, making transition seamless.
The kids really enjoy spending time with her and we are consistently greeted with healthy and HAPPY children when we walk in the door from work. Her loving and nurturing manners are unique and contagious and like no other babysitter I have ever met.  The kids have fun and enjoy their time with her when mom and dad are at work, all while maintaining boundaries.  
I think it's important to note some of Stephanie's strong characteristics, which include: punctual, reliable, honest, trustworthy, flexible, loyal, and loving with a strong moral compass. 
She is wonderful (an understatement) and truly part of our family...she makes us better.  We are broken-hearted seeing her move. I would love to see another family benefit from her amazing gift of caregiving. (She didn't know that while she was providing care to my children, she was also providing care for the entire family by offering an immense amount of support and guidance based on her experience.)
