There shouldn't be ANY doubt in your mind to hire Stephanie. She cared for our daughter for over a year, and if it wasn't for us moving, she would've continued to be our nanny. Our daughter is 21 months now and absolutely loves Stephanie. I was in the office two days and WFH the balance of the week. When I wasn't home, I didn't have any doubt that she wasn't in good hands. My daughter really enjoys being outside, going to the park and the library... rain, snow or shine, Stephanie took her every day. We also loved having a fresh set of library books every week to enjoy. Stephanie was punctual, communicative, and left the house near and orderly. Again, this decision should be a no-brainer. We will miss you dearly, Stephanie!!
