I took childcare as my trade in high school. I used to work at a daycare center in Baltimore City. I have 10+ years of experience in childcare. I have cared for infants but have work with ages up to 11 years old. It's very important to me to make sure the children's needs are met, loved, happy and that they are safe.

There shouldn't be ANY doubt in your mind to hire Stephanie. She cared for our daughter for over a year, and if it wasn't for us moving, she would've continued to be our nanny. Our daughter is 21 months now and absolutely loves Stephanie. I was in the office two days and WFH the balance of the week. When I wasn't home, I didn't have any doubt that she wasn't in good hands. My daughter really enjoys being outside, going to the park and the library... rain, snow or shine, Stephanie took her every day. We also loved having a fresh set of library books every week to enjoy. Stephanie was punctual, communicative, and left the house near and orderly. Again, this decision should be a no-brainer. We will miss you dearly, Stephanie!!

Stephanie worked with our family from July 2019-Sept 2021 and I honestly can't say enough good things about her. She provided a safe, loving, and engaging environment for our daughter. She was very dependable, and always on time. She provided our daughter with such amazing experiences - whether it was the library, zoo, science center, or park (weather permitting) -she made it a priority to get her out of the house to experience the world around her! She is most definitely the reason our daughter loves books and learning now. We are so grateful for the time we had with her, and if we hadn't moved, we would've loved to have been with her longer.

Stephanie has been an amazing nanny for our 9 month old daughter. She was recommended by a close friend and we felt immediately comfortable with her from the first day she arrived. She has a natural talent with young children. She is always talking, singing, reading, or actively playing with our baby. She has also helped her with a regular daily schedule, including a daily walk to the park to play and see the ducks. I know my daughter is learning and having fun every day with Stephanie.  

In addition to the outstanding care she provides, Stephanie is also extremely reliable. She arrives 5 minutes early every day, is available to stay later if needed, and has been very flexible and accommodating when we needed to adjust start/end times due to our work or travel schedules.  

Overall, Stephanie has been wonderful and our daughter loves her. She is loving, kind, gentle, and exactly the type of person we were looking for. We highly recommend her and would love to speak with another family interested in having Stephanie care for their child(ren).

We moved to Baltimore knowing no one and I was extremely nervous about finding someone trustworthy to watch our young infant. Stephanie was an answer to our prayers and has been a HUGE blessing to our family. Stephanie has never been late. In fact, she is always early. Stephanie is prompt, reliable, honest, trustworthy, caring, safe, capable, fun loving, and our child absolutely loves and adores her. She does an excellent job of keeping our child on schedule with eating and naps and always plans fun activities for him. She sings, dances, practices sign language, speaks Spanish, works on developmental milestones, reads to him, and loves him. I give Stephanie my highest regard and recommendation! Any family would be lucky to have her work with them and I am more than happy to speak with anyone about her work ethic, credentials, etc. It is so bittersweet that I am leaving my job and will no longer need her full time, but I hope she can bring as much experience, joy, and love to another great family.
