I have been in childcare for 35 years. I have worked with newborns to teenagers. I went to school for childcare. I am CPR and first aid trained. I love children.

She didn’t show up. I booked her for 8am and she sent me message at 6 am that she cannot come. 

I am so disappointed and upset. I searched so long for childcare. Stephanie offered such a reasonable price. I had concerns from other bad reviews, and I even asked her about the reviews directly. She had an answer to explain the reviews, and I set aside my better judgement. She came to meet my husband and kids and myself, got my address, gave me references, and I set up a schedule with her. She was supposed to begin tomorrow. I got a text this morning saying that she was resigning and I should find someone else. I am now scrambling to find childcare and I begin my job tomorrow. I will never set aside my better judgement again. If you see bad reviews, TRUST THEM. Horrible experience.

Very nice lady but very inconsiderate of peoples time and availability I almost feel robbed especially after reading the other reviews. Very disappointed I put my job on the line to still make time even after her excuses for her to still resign. Better luck next time

Stephanie is the best thing to have happened to us after we had our daughter. She is amazing with infants and not only provides reliable, safe, loving care, she has taught us a few things as well! We cannot say enough positive things about her. She is a great communicator when there is a schedule change or issue, and is always on top of what time our daughter needed/did what. She is easily coachable and fits great in our household. She is a unicorn caretaker and we love having her in our lives!

Stephanie is a good friend ! She's dependable and loves kids ! She works hard and has integrity and is trustworthy!

As first-time parents looking for a night nanny, my wife and I had some initial trepidation about allowing a stranger to stay overnight in our house with our newborn. We were initially attracted to Stephanie's profile by: 1) the positive reviews she has received from other parents and 2) by the fact that she has so much experience.

Stephanie has a pleasant disposition and has been wonderful in looking after our son. We are able sleep well knowing that he is in good hands.

While Stephanie has occasionally had to cancel, she has been here when we needed her most. Our son recently came down with his first serious infection and needless to say, it has been a harrowing experience for my wife and me to see him suffer like this. When we needed her most - in the middle of a blizzard no less - Stephanie came and helped us take care of our son. I myself was sick at the time with two infections - so we really her help - and she came through.

I would wholeheartedly recommend her.

Hired her and she stated she needed to give two weeks notice to her current employer then the day before she is supposed to start she texts me to say she has to resign. She should not be offering her services if she can't be counted on. I could have spent the two weeks searching for someone else. Totally unprofessional

Stephanie was very attentive and knowledgeable, and gave us a lot of confidence our kids would be safe and happy. She was great at dealing with  a 1.5yr old and a 4 month old at the same time, which, let me tell you, isn't always easy. Great sitter!

I have know Stephanie 20 plus year's. We attended our CDA class year's ago together. She stays up to date on childhood development by training classes. She has her First Aid and CPR training also. As I find very important as a parent of a special needs child. She has babysit my son who has Autism at different time's through the years. My son likes her and enjoyed her watching him. We have really enjoyed working with Stephanie. She is very sweet and has always been good with our son. She's always been dependable and on time for us. Would recommend.

She did great with my daughter! My daughter absolutely loves her. She's 3! I would definitely rehire her to watch my kid.

Canceled on me day first day of job leaving me without childcare.  Do yourself a favor- stay away!  Not a good childcare provider as cannot keep her commitments.

Stephanie has been babysitting for my family for 8 months now. My 2 daughters who are ages 3 & 1 love her and she is very good with them. I would recommend her.

I have worked with Stephanie for almost two years now in a daycare setting . She works very well with children of ages , she treats all like they are her own !

Stephanie is kind and caring sitter unfortunately her consideration of other peoples time and important dates is not a priority. She has cancelled 3 times in the past year the day of a few hours before the scheduled time. The first 2 times she said it was medical the last time she promised she wouldn't cancel and then did the day of. I don't understand this level of professionalism. If a person is going out of their way to higher a sitter, those days are important and deserve priority. Do not accept a job if you can not commit to the day. Sweet woman sorry but I must leave an honest review. She gave me no trouble the year prior but this year was not her best.

It was fascinating to see someone with the same experience we had just a week or so prior!  We had interviewed and hired Stephanie for after school care of our 2 children.  She even drove over for an in person meet up.  After our kids gave two thumbs up, we offered her the job and she accepted.   The night before we text her to check if she was ready, in which she responded she was sick and couldn't make it.  The next day we texted asking when she thought she could start and if she still wanted the job.  She replied that maybe she should find someone else.  We understand things come up, we just wish she would of reached out to us instead of us needing to contact her for the update.  Needless to say, we were very disappointed.

Interesting that she has so many good reviews. She interviewed for childcare, took my contact and address and on first day she cancelled due to personal reasons. We rescheduled at her convenience, and she cancelled again on the day she was to come in. I will not recommend her to anyone.
