About Stephanie

I have over 20 years of experience working with children from 10 months to 18 years old. I hold a bachelor's degree from Illinois State University that combines child psychological development and math education. I believe children learn best through a balance of physical activity, creativity, structured learning, and fun, with that balance tailored to each child's age and learning style. I also have experience tutoring elementary students in math and reading. My approach to discipline focuses on age-appropriate logical and natural consequences that help children develop responsibility, confidence, and independent problem-solving skills. My goal is to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where every child can learn, grow, and have fun.
