We would hire Stephanie again in a heartbeat!! We had Stephanie as our nanny for two years, and she was genuinely one of the best decisions we made for our family. She looked after our two little ones and also helped with housekeeping, and she handled everything with a level of care and professionalism that is hard to find. What set Stephanie apart was her reliability, genuine care, and bond she created with the children. She was always on time, always prepared, and we never had to follow up or remind her of anything. The house ran smoothly because she took initiative without ever needing to be asked. Our kids absolutely adore her and still talk about her even after so many years! She built a genuinely special bond with both of them. Communication with us as parents was always clear and easy. We always were informed and confident that our children were in safe hands and she always brought order to our home.
